When processing digital asset deposits in our system, each transaction is labeled to indicate its current status. These statuses inform you of the stage at which your deposit is being processed. Below is a list of these transaction statuses and their meanings:
Status | Description |
Submitted | The initial state of a deposit. This status is assigned when a deposit is first detected and is awaiting the minimum network confirmations. |
processing | Assigned to deposit requests that are being prepared by the platform to be sent to a blockchain node. |
Accepted | This status means that the minimum number of confirmation blocks has been successfully mined above the block containing the deposit transaction. When a deposit reaches the accepted status, the platform updates the user's balance. |
Collected | Indicates that funds have been transferred to the platform's wallets. The collection process starts automatically when the deposit changes to the accepted state. |
Rejected | Indicates that a deposit was rejected during the confirmation process. For example, if the deposit amount is less than the gas fee, the transaction will be rejected. |
Canceled | This means that a deposit was automatically canceled by the platform services. |
errored | Indicates that the fee collection process failed. |
If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding your deposit, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
