Identity Verification(KYC) for my account?

After your account is created, verifying your account will allow funds to be deposited and trades to be made. 

 

If any feature requires KYC, a pop-up will appear informing you to verify your identity. Click the "Submit ID" button to proceed with the identity verification.




Verifying Your Account


         Follow these steps to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process:


1- Log in to Your Knooz Account       

        

         Enter your credentials and log in.


2- Access Profile Settings

      

        Locate the profile icon in the top right corner of your Knooz account dashboard and click on it.

        From the dropdown menu, select "Profile Settings."



 


3- Update Profile Information

        

        In the Profile Settings, enter your address, postal code, and city.

        Review all your information carefully, then click the "Update" button.

        Click the "Verify" button to start the KYC process.




4- Initiate the KYC Process from Security Settings

    

        Or navigate to the security settings.

        Click the "Verify" button to continue with the KYC process.





5- ShuftiPro KYC Verification


    Knooz uses ShuftiPro as a third-party KYC provider.

    Read and agree to the Privacy Policy by checking the checkbox.

    Click "Verify Me" to proceed.


6- Language Selection


        You can select your preferred language from the language button for ease of use.




7- Document Type Selection

        Choose the type of document you want to use for verification.

        You can proceed using your mobile by clicking on the phone icon.

        Scan the QR code to continue the verification on your mobile or tablet.



8- Upload Documents


        If using a national ID or Driver's license, upload both the front and back sides.

        If using a passport, upload the info page.

        When using a mobile, you will need to take photos of the front and back sides of the document.


Please follow the instructions shown in the images below when uploading or photographing your documents.


9- Review and Edit Details

    

    Review the extracted details and edit them if necessary.

 



10- Take a Selfie

   

       You will be required to take a selfie (uploading a selfie is not allowed).

        If your PC camera is not working or doesn't exist, you should use your mobile to continue the process.

11- Completion Notification


        You will be notified via email once the verification is complete.
