To verify your account on Knooz, we may require you to upload the following documents to your account:
1. Valid Government-Issued ID Document
Acceptable documents include:
Passport: Ensure that all details, including your full legal name, photo, date of birth, and issue and expiry dates, are visible.
Driver’s License: Both the front and back sides should be scanned or photographed to capture all necessary details.
National Identity Card: Make sure to upload clear images of both the front and back sides.
Other valid government-issued IDs may be accepted if they include your full legal name, photo, date of birth, and issue and expiry dates all on the front of the ID.
Image Requirements:
The photos or scans of your ID should be clear and in color. All text should be readable, and there should be no glare or obstructions.
2. Face Photo (Selfie)
You will also need to take a selfie to complete the verification process. Follow these
guidelines for an acceptable selfie:
Ensure good lighting so your face is visible. Your face is within the frame, directly facing the camera. Remove any accessories like sunglasses or hats that may obscure your face. Try to keep your face within the red circle shown on the screen during the capture process.
