How to Clear Cache and Cookies

Clearing your cache and cookies can be an essential step to resolve Signup and login issues and ensure optimal performance when accessing the Knooz Exchange platform. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to clear the cache and cookies on the most popular web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome: Launch Google Chrome on your computer.

2. Access Settings: Click on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser window to open the menu. Select "Settings" from the dropdown.

3. Navigate to Privacy and Security: Scroll down to the "Privacy and Security" section. Alternatively, type chrome://settings/privacy into the address bar and press Enter.

4. Clear Browsing Data: Click on "Clear browsing data."

5. Select Data to Clear: A new window will pop up. Ensure the "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" options are checked. You can also choose the time range from the dropdown menu at the top (e.g., "Last hour," "Last 24 hours," "All time").

6. Clear Data: Click on the "Clear data" button to remove the selected data.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox: Launch Mozilla Firefox on your computer.

2. Access Options: Click on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the browser window to open the menu. Select "Options" (or "Preferences" on macOS).

3. Navigate to Privacy & Security: Select "Privacy & Security" from the left-hand menu.
