Managing Your Withdrawal Addresses on KNOOZ

Adding a new cryptocurrency withdrawal address to your KNOOZ account is simple and convenient. Follow this guide to review your Address Book and easily add a new withdrawal address.

Steps to Add a New Withdrawal Address:

1- Log in to Your KNOOZ Account:

  • Begin by logging in to your KNOOZ account. Locate the profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard and click on it. From the dropdown menu, select "Address Management."

2- Review Your Saved Addresses:

  • In the Address Management section, you can view all your saved addresses. Use the filter option to search for specific addresses by coin. If needed, you can delete an address by clicking the trash icon.

3- Add a New Address:

  • Click on the "Add Address" button to input a new withdrawal address.

4- Obtain the Cryptocurrency Address:

  • Copy the cryptocurrency address where you intend to send the funds. Always double-check the accuracy by copying and pasting the exact address to avoid errors. Remember that some cryptocurrencies may have similar address formats, so ensure you’re sending to the correct type of address.

5- Select the Currency and Network:

  • Choose the currency and the corresponding network for the address you are saving.

6- Create a Unique Label:

  • Enter a distinct label for the address (e.g., “My Bitcoin Savings,” “My BTC Address”). This label will help you remember what the address is used for. Note that each withdrawal address must have a unique label, even if the addresses are for different cryptocurrencies.

7- Enter the Address and Confirm:

  • Paste the entire cryptocurrency address into the Withdrawal Address field. Then, enter the Email Verification Code and Google Authenticator Code (if enabled) to confirm and save the address. Click the "Submit" button.

Congratulations! You have successfully added a new withdrawal address and can now use it to withdraw funds.
