How to withdraw cryptocurrencies from your Knooz account

Withdrawing funds on Knooz is easy. Follow these instructions to make your withdrawal:

Withdrawal Instructions:

Log in to Your Account:

• Log in to your Knooz account and click the "Send & Receive" button located in the top right corner of your screen.

Select the Send Option:

• On the upper part of the pop-up, click the "Send" button.

Select Your Cryptocurrency:

• Search for the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw and click on it.

Select the Network:

• Search for the network you wish to use for your withdrawal and click on it.

Read the Important Notes:

• Under the "Important" section, make sure to read the notes regarding minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts and the warning about not sending funds directly to ICOs from your account.

Enter the Withdrawal Address:

• Once you have selected the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw, enter the address you want to send the funds to, ensuring it matches the correct currency and network. You can also choose a previously added withdrawal address from your Address Book by clicking the Book icon and selecting the desired address. If you need to add a new address, click 'Add New Address' and confirm the new entry.
• Please input a distinct label (ensure each label is unique for every address entry), then select your cryptocurrency and network, input your withdrawal address, and finally, enter the Google Authenticator Code to confirm and save the withdrawal address.

The Withdraw between Knooz Users:

• You can withdraw funds to another KNOOZ user quickly and with low fees using their UID, email, or phone number. Simply select the withdrawal option from the menu and enter the UID, email, or phone number of the KNOOZ user you want to transfer funds.

  
  

Confirm the Withdrawal:

• Enter the Google Authenticator code to complete the withdrawal process, then click the "Send" button. If you haven't enabled it yet, you can learn how to do so by visiting the "Enable Google Authenticator".
• Double-check that all of the information is correct, and then click "Confirm".

Withdrawal Confirmation:

Always Be Careful When Withdrawing Cryptocurrencies:

• Once a withdrawal has been sent and marked as "Success" in your Knooz account, it is impossible to cancel or reverse the transaction.
• Some cryptocurrencies can be sent via multiple different networks. Make sure you are sending through a network we support so that funds are not lost.
• Do not participate in an ICO or token sale directly from your Knooz account — the tokens received will be irretrievable.
