Account Locked or Banned for Security Reasons

Multiple Failed Login Attempts

If you fail to log in 5 times, your account will be locked for 5 minutes for security reasons. During this time, you will see the message: "Your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts." You can try logging in again after 5 minutes. Account Banned

If your account has been banned, you will see the message: "Your account is banned." This typically means that a violation has been detected and action has been taken by the compliance team.
